SVK1 Sous Vide temperature monitoring kit, HACCP compliant; accurate, IP67 waterproof thermometer, dishwasher-safe, extra fine needle probe, self-sealing foam tape and case. For testing temperature of food, meat, chicken, fish, in a water bath without compromising the vacuum seal. Close monitoring advised.
